Over time all jewelry collects dirt and suffers wear, especially rings and
bracelets. We recommend having your frequently worn jewelry inspected
and cleaned every six to twelve months. We can inspect for loose stones,
worn prongs, and more, for no charge . We'll also clean your pieces in our
Ionic cleaner - a relatively new type of cleaner that cleans your jewelry both
quickly and safely.
For your convenience we also have available for purchase cleaning
solutions, polishing cloths, and loupes so that you may inspect and clean
your valuables personally. For a small fee you can also leave your items
with us to be refinished. Refinishing includes buffing and polishing
followed by ultrasonic and steam cleaning for that "like new" look.
If you insure your jewelry it is recommended that you get your items
re-appraised every few years. Discounts available to those who have
multiple items appraised within a year's time. Appraisals done while you
wait are done for an additional charge by appointment only.
